Hacettepe University has been using online nomination system for incoming erasmus students as of October 2010.
Deadlines for Incoming Exchange Student Nomination :
For fall semester May15, 2012
For spring semester October 1, 2012
To nominate your students for the academic year 2012-13, please click on the link below:

After nomination period, you will be informed by e-mail about the procedure for the students' applications.

The European Union Office will promptly send the student's application form to the related department/school. After having approval from departmental Erasmus coordinator regarding the student's programme, the European Union Office will send a "Letter of Acceptance" to the student's University.

Academic Calendar for the year 2012-13
Fall semester:
Courses start on October 1, 2012; end on January 27, 2013 (January 14-27 final exam period)
Orientation week will take place between September 24-28, 2012
Spring semester:
Courses start on February 18, 2013; end on June 16, 2013 (June 3-16 final exam period)
Orientation week will take place between February 11-15, 2013
