OUTGOING ACADEMIC STAFF'S APPLICATION PROCESS

What are the application documents for Teaching Mobility?

1. Printed copy of the application form* that was filled out on-line.

NOTE: After filling out the online form, you need to finalise your on-line application by clicking the button. After printing out the application form, you will need to submit it to the EU Office.

2. A printed copy of the signed and stamped letter of invitation from the institution** wherein the teaching mobility will take place (print outs of scanned documents are accepted).

(!) All forms/documents required for application need to be submitted at once and all together. Applicants are not obliged to hand in their documents in person.

What are the evaluation criteria for Teaching Mobility?

Those meeting the criteria below, depending on the total number and conditions of applicants, will be prioritised in selection for mobility. Accordingly,

Those who have not benefited from teaching mobility for staff,
Those who are from departments/units that have not benefited from teaching mobility for staff,
Those who plan to realise mobility with countries and HEIs that are not frequently visited or have been visited low numbers,
Staff with disabilities and/or veteran staff or staff who are veterans’/aartyrs’ relatives

will be prioritised in selection for mobility.

(!) All evaluations are done on the basis of the rules published on the Erasmus+ Implementation Handbook by the Turkish National Agency.
(!!) Applications with missing documents and signatures will be considered invalid.
