TEACHING and TRAINING MOBILITIES

Grant payments for those who have been selected for mobility will be done in two stages. First, %80 of the grant will be paid prior to the mobility upon the submission of the required documents. The remaining 20% will be paid after the completion of the mobility and submission of the return documents.

(!) For the first payment to be paid, the approval decision of the Rectorate for the leave of absence of the beneficiary needs to be submitted to the EU Office along with the other required documents.

(!!) Those who wish to benefit from Erasmus+ mobility may also conduct mobility as ”Non-Grant Teaching Staff Mobility”.

DAILY GRANT: In the 2018-2019 mobility period, the grant amounts for outgoing academic and administrative staff from Hacettepe University are as follows:

TRAVEL GRANTS: Travel grants for staff mobility are calculated according to European Commission's "Distance Calculator".
